POTRXS provides Non-Feminized AutoFlower (grain & bird) seed. Over decades we collected world class and premier genetics. We are old school and follow old school traditions and believe in open pollination and open-source genetics. It takes us around 5 generations to create an AutoFlower from a parent Photoperiod. We have declined to femininize or Triploid our gene pool, believing this will only further dilute genetics by limitation. We our one of the few sources to find male seed from anymore. You can use our seed to create both Photoperiod and AutoFlower lines. We give You the ability to Pheno Hunt and to Create Your Own Strain! Bluntz F-4 autoflower Seed
Bluntz F-4 seeds are non-feminized AutoFlower seeds, harvested in fall of 2024. Perfect for breeders or preppers who want to have the ability to pheno hunt and carry on their own genetic line. If You have not noticed, it's nearly impossible to find non- feminized seeds. The initial cross was with females by Sensi Seeds, #119 experimental (Skunk 1 x Blueberry). We took these dank females and crossed them with male Purple Mazars from Flash Seeds by Stitch, to create Zar. If that was not enough, we crossed the F-1 male Zars with female Runtzs by Barneys Farm. We took this new F-1 line we created and inbreed them (4) more times to create Bluntz F-4. Bluntz is a nicely homogeneous Autoflower plant with fantastic bud and plant structure and she is very dank. Bluntz seldom reaches 3' and is very strong and stout. The line is producing 2 known phenos; one green and one red/purple. The green one is more productive with slightly wider leaves and is very dank. The Red/Purple pheno is sweeter and is hard to stop looking at.

Introducing Bluntzilla! Strawberry Gorilla the top awarded AutoFlower genetics has been crossed with Runtz F-4. Strawberry Gorilla was a monster reaching 6’+ and being somewhat lanky. In crossing with Runtz F-4 males, a sturdier, tighter, denser, danker, plant is the goal, that will still carry fruity undertones and reach a height of 3-4’. This F-1 cross has yet to be trialed, no pictures are yet available. This is a limited release after our pheno hunt and culling most of the plants and only picked the best few plants to continue this line forward.

Why Organic is Important.
Tech Talk. Why Organic Growing Can Be Better! It all starts with the soil. Organic plants are not chemical dependent. When crops have been grown on the same fields sometimes for 100’s of years, the macro and micronutrients are used up by the plants. One outcome is having a chronically mineral deficient society. Minerals are needed for optimum mitochondria and cell development. Plant roots have a symbiotic relationship with the microbes and fungi in the soil, which provide the plant and subsequently humans nutrients through the act of composting by making nutrients bioavailable. This is one reason why no-till farming is trending; the active colonies of soil microbes are not destroyed from the mechanical earth pummeling. The topsoil is the most active part of soil, no-till practices help prevent it from being washed away in rain and windstorms. This has occurred in our history, the Great American Dust Bowl. If the soil is active, the symbiosis provides nutrients for the plants. Another way to compost is with worms, Vermiculture. And yes, science can prove how alive Your soil is. By putting soil in a jar with a CO2 meter and sealing it. The more microbes in the soil the more oxygen will respire to CO2, which is calculated to biomass.
Another complex nutritional issue is that our crops are picked before peak ripeness which does not allow for the full spectrum of delights, taste, smell and importantly peak nutritional value. The early picking prevents bruising in transport and provides time to ripen. Some produce is gassed to ripen as it sits to be sold. Once produce has been picked, it is in a state of decay and the nutrients deplete. That’s a good reason to garden and eat fresh. “Let Food Be Thy Medicine…” Hippocrates.
Industrial crops are sprayed with toxic sprays and substances that can infiltrate our air, and leach into soil, water and into us directly through consumption or through penetration of the food web. In Your garden and home mechanical pest control can be used instead of toxic measures. An example of mechanical pest control is diatomaceous earth that dries and kills insects without toxic measures. It also works well as a livestock dewormer, and we use it in our yogurt to rid intestinal parasites from raw protein consumption.

Grow, Produce and Protect Your Seeds!
Tech Talk about seeds, sprouts and producing seed for following generations. If new to gardening sprouting can be the most difficult time and requires patience. For starters it’s a good idea to follow a lunar planting cycle, Farmer's Almanac provides this information based on zip codes. We have found it is best generally to let seedlings fall over and do their thing, it takes about 21 days for them to acclimate and be strong enough to support themselves. Periodically we give a sprouted seed a bit of help if the tap root is having issues curving back down.
Historically in making Hash male and female plants were grown together so both the seeds and resin were collected to continue the crop the following year. The plants growing for multiple generations in the same vicinity became very acclimated to the climate, sometimes microclimate. This is a great practice to develop your seed strains. Let a group of your seeds open pollinate year after year. When we harvest field grown crops including tomatoes, basil and pot, we step on the fallen tomatoes or even just let them rot and then we squeeze the seed heads of our other plants to drop seed right where they grew. This way seeds over winter and sprout in spring. Don’t expect the same outcome the first couple years, most crops are hybrids so there will be difference to look for to carry on your subsequential generations based on preference. Once seedlings start to grow, thin them out or move to a new spot to rotate crops. By making and collecting Your seeds You will have stronger plants acclimated to your specific environment that can be passed down for generations, heirlooms You created!! Starting off with seeds from cooler climates tends to develop your crops faster, due to the shorter growing seasons where the seeds developed. Have Fun, Protect your Family!
